Your Letters from Patrick<\/span>, Inc. („Company,” „we,” or „us”) gives you the access to information through our website www.yourlettersfrompatrick.com<\/span><\/a> (the \u201cSite\u201d). We may also provide the ability to use some of the functionalities of the Site or provide certain services (the „Services”).\u00a0This Site and Services are made available to you only under the following terms and conditions (the „Terms”).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please read these T&C carefully. By using our Site and our Services, you acknowledge, agree and represent that (i) you have read the below Terms and Conditions, (ii) that you understand them, (iii) that you agree to be bound by them and (iv) you are at least 13 years old. <\/span><\/p>\n

I. ACCESS TO ONLINE SERVICES AND TOOLS ON YOUR \u201cLETTERS FROM PATRICK\u201d SITE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

A.\u00a0 Account.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to use certain features of the Site or Services, you will need to register for an account with Us (\u201cAccount\u201d). Furthermore you will have to provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form.\u00a0 You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.\u00a0 You agree to immediately notify Us if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account with Us or any other breach of security.\u00a0 We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

You may not rent, transfer, commercially exploit, resell, rent or sublicense access to the Products and\/or Services to any third-party. You may use our Site and the Services (incl. the Downloadable Tools) only for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not change, modify or create any derivative products and services based on our Site (including the Downloadable Tools).\u00a0No part of the Site and the Services (incl. Downloadable Tools) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior consent.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

D.\u00a0 Enforcement.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review any User Content, investigate, and\/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other provision of these Terms or otherwise create liability for us or any other person. Such acts may include removing or modifying your User Content, terminating your Company Account, and\/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

A. Product disclaimers <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

You therefore acknowledge and agree that the products were not designed, manufactured and intended for use by children aged less than three and may contain small parts, for example small stickers. In addition to all other limitations and disclaimers in this agreement, we shall not be liable to you or any third party, for any claims, damages, liability, loss or costs arising from such use. <\/span><\/p>\n

B. Products and Pricing.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All products listed on Your Letters from Patrick Site (\u201cProducts\u201d), their descriptions, and prices are subject to change.\u00a0 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any Product and\/or Service without a prior notice.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

C.<\/b><\/span> <\/b>Payment Terms.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

For each type of Subscription that you order on our Site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the Product as of the time you submitted your order (\u201cProduct Price\u201d). If you order a subscription to a Product (with a monthly term, or a term of 3 months, 6 months or twelve months) that auto-renews (\u201cSubscription\u201d), then you agree to pay the applicable Product Price upon each auto-renewal date, until you terminate your Subscription in accordance with the directions on our Site.\u00a0 Your next billing date will be displayed in your personal Account page next to each of your active Subscriptions. We keep the right to change the timing of our billing, especially if your Payment Method has been not successfully settled or there are unforeseen delays (for example quarantine and national lockdowns) that hinder our ability to ship your product. Please note that if your Subscription includes a discounted Product Price for a promotional period, once the indicated promotional period expires, your Subscription will renew at the full Product Price. Therefore, if you purchase a Subscription, until such time as you terminate your Subscription in accordance with the directions on our site, you hereby authorise, agree and assent to \u2018Your Letters from Patrick\u2019 automatically billing your credit card as part of the order process for such amounts that are due.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

E. Shipping Policy.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Products will be shipped every week on Mondays. Any delivery dates provided by Us are estimates as they depend on postal service.\u00a0Parcels and Letters will be shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping is free worldwide. <\/span><\/p>\n

F. Cancellation Policy.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

You can cancel your month to month Subscription at any time for no additional cost. Any remaining letters that have been paid for in advance will be still mailed to you. <\/span>To cancel your subscription\u2019s auto-renewal please log into your Account on our Site and follow the cancellation instructions there. You can also contact Us directly and we will be happy to help you out. <\/span>Please note this does not apply to prepaid subscriptions of 3, 6 and 12 months. These types of subscriptions can not be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

G. Return Policy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to a personalised nature of Products offered by Your Letters from Patrick, unfortunately we can not accept returns.<\/span><\/p>\n

H. Promotions.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer that we may offer. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.\u00a0 Limit one promotion per order.<\/span><\/p>\n

III<\/b><\/span>. TERM AND TERMINATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
